AGENCY TIER · 14 of 20 launch seats left

Ship client ops at agency scale.
Keep the margin.

Ten commands your team runs in Claude. The 7 from Solo (/prospect, /proposal, /chase-invoice) plus three built for teams billing retainers: /client-report Acme for a branded weekly pulse, /scale-content Acme [article] for a 30-day per-client calendar, /white-label-proposal Acme for a client-branded SOW. Every output carries your mark, not ours.

One-time · Up to 5 team seats · Priority email support · 7-day money-back guarantee

Who this is built for

Three operator shapes. Same leverage problem.

If every new client adds 6 to 10 hours of recurring ops work per week, the team can only grow as fast as you can hire. The Agency tier breaks that constraint.

3-10 person agency

You're the bottleneck.

Every proposal, every competitive scan, every client weekly. It all still routes through you. You can't step out of ops without the agency wobbling.

Fractional ops lead

You run 4+ companies.

Each client pays for a slice of your attention. Their weekly pulse, their retrospectives, their hiring filters. You need identical structure, different voice, every time.

Consultancy principal

Your team sells your thinking.

Junior operators deliver your frameworks to client teams. The quality ceiling is their pattern-matching speed. You need your playbook to run without you in the room.

Agency-only commands

Three commands. Built for teams.

Each one turns a weekly agency ritual (the kind that eats Thursday afternoons) into one typed command. Type it, get the output in your branding, review, send.

AGENCY 📊

Client Reporting Dashboard

Every retainer client gets a branded HTML report: what shipped this week, what the numbers are doing, what's on deck for next week, and three decisions that need them. Weekly, automated, in your voice, not a templated Loom.

/client-report [client]
AGENCY 🔀

Scale-Out Content Pipeline

One source article becomes a 30-day calendar per retainer: platform-native assets, suggested cadence, named approvers, approval-queue-ready. Runs in parallel across every client you have, with each client's voice preserved.

/scale-content [client] [source]
AGENCY 📄

White-Label Proposal Architect

Discovery call notes become a client-branded proposal (your agency's logo, your fonts, your colors), with scope, phased pricing, role breakdown, and exit clauses you can defend in procurement.

/white-label-proposal [client]

These three are the agency-tier difference. The first twenty Agency buyers get direct input into how they ship: early access as they finalize, with the shape tuned to how you actually run retainers.

Solo vs. Agency

Same foundation. Agency pulls ahead on leverage.

Every Solo command is in Agency. Then Agency adds the three team-scale commands and the support response time you need when a client launch is live.

Agency math

Your operators' hours have a rebilled rate.

Set the number of retainer clients and your team's blended hourly rate. The toolkit's payback window is measured in days, not months.

Retainer clients
6clients
Blended operator rate
$125/ hr
Hours per client per week the three Agency commands reclaim (/client-report, /scale-content, /white-label-proposal): ~4 hrs
Total weekly hours reclaimed across the book: 24 hrs / wk
Annualized operator capacity returned: $156,000
At 6 retainers × $125 blended, the $97 toolkit pays for itself in under an hour. Everything after that is capacity you can sell, hire, or keep.
White-label

Your name on the work. Nobody has to know.

Agency outputs ship with your logo, your colors, your sign-off. Clients see the deliverable they paid for, not the toolkit behind it.

Configured once, applied everywhere.

You set your agency's brand config (logo, primary + accent colors, preferred fonts, sign-off block, footer disclaimer) in one file. Every Agency command honors it on every output.

  • Proposals come out in your colors, not ours.
  • Weekly client reports carry your wordmark, not "Powered by".
  • Content calendars match the client's brand voice you've already set.
  • Nothing in the deliverable reveals the toolkit is there.
Pricing

First 20 agencies. Then the price goes up.

Launch window is a real ceiling. After the first 20 buyers, Agency moves to $149 permanently. Everyone in at $97 keeps all updates at no extra cost.

Questions agencies ask

The short answers

Should my whole team have Claude Pro or Max?
Each team seat using the toolkit needs their own Claude Desktop with Cowork (Pro or Max). The Agency tier covers up to 5 installs. The toolkit files are one-time. You add team members by sharing the install bundle internally.
Can I use this for client work I charge for?
Yes. The license explicitly permits using the toolkit to produce client deliverables you bill for. You bill the client for the outcome; the toolkit is your internal lever. The white-label config means the output carries your agency's mark, not ours.
How different is the Agency tier from Solo, actually?
Solo is the 7 foundation commands, single seat, community support. Agency adds (a) 3 team-scale commands (/client-report, /scale-content, /white-label-proposal), (b) white-label config applied across every output, (c) 5 seats, (d) priority support with a 24-hour response SLA. If you're a solo operator running 1 or 2 clients, Solo is fine. If you're running 3+ retainers or have a team executing, Agency pays for itself the first time you run a white-label report.
When exactly do I get the three agency-only commands?
The 7 core Solo commands plus the white-label config ship at purchase. The three agency-specific commands (/client-report, /scale-content, /white-label-proposal) ship in the Agency beta cohort. The first 20 buyers shape the final scope through an async feedback form. Submit your input on your schedule, and your priorities directly influence which commands ship first. Expected delivery: within 30 days of purchase, included at no additional cost.
What if my agency has more than 5 operators?
Email info@unlockedfuture.ai with your team size. We'll price a larger seat count against your roster. No surprise per-seat fees, just a one-time uplift on the Agency tier.
Does this compete with our existing agency PM stack (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Gong, etc.)?
No. The toolkit generates the output that goes into those systems. Your ClickUp project lives where it lives; the Agency commands produce the weekly report, the proposal, the content calendar that gets pasted or attached into whatever you already run.
What happens after the 20 launch spots fill?
Agency moves to $149 permanently. Everyone in at $97 keeps lifetime updates and the beta-cohort input track. This is a real ceiling. No fake scarcity resets, no "oh look we extended it again."
Is there a subscription tier with more?
No subscription. One-time purchase, lifetime updates. Our philosophy is you own your operator stack. We don't hold it hostage through recurring billing.
