The rules of the road if you buy a toolkit or use this site. Written in plain English.

Short version. You're buying a digital toolkit that you can use in your own business, forever, on your own Claude account. You can't resell it or strip the branding off and pretend it's yours. If it doesn't work the way we promised in the first 14 days, email us for a full refund.
"Unlocked Future" refers to the business operating unlockedfuture.ai and selling the products described on this site. "We," "us," and "our" mean Unlocked Future. "You" means the individual or entity purchasing or using the products.
A digital product: a bundle of Claude Cowork skills, prompts, trigger phrases, and documentation, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file or equivalent package. Product details, contents, and the specific list of included artifacts are described on the product page you purchased from.
Agency-tier buyers may also receive items that ship within 30 days of purchase. Those artifacts are listed on the product page and the delivery window is tracked from your purchase date.

Using the outputs of the toolkit (the emails it drafts, the reports it generates, the content it produces) in your own business is entirely yours to keep. That's the whole point.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every purchase. If the toolkit doesn't do what we said it would, or you just decide it's not for you, email info@unlockedfuture.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and we'll refund the full amount through Stripe within 5 business days.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and we'll handle them case-by-case. If you've clearly bought it, used it extensively, and are asking for a refund six months later, we'll say no.
We promise the toolkit does what the product page says it does on a reasonably up-to-date Claude account with a paid Claude plan. If Claude changes its platform and breaks something, we'll ship updates for at least 12 months from your purchase date.
We do not promise specific revenue, time-savings, or business outcomes. The numbers on the product pages are illustrative and based on our own and customers' experience. Your results depend on how you use the toolkit, your business model, and a dozen variables we can't control.
The toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent legally permitted. If something critical breaks, email us. We fix things, we don't hide behind disclaimers, but there's no guarantee we can solve every problem.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for anything arising out of your purchase or use of the toolkit is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.
This doesn't limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited by law.
Don't do anything illegal, don't try to compromise the site or anyone's account, don't scrape aggressively, don't try to reverse-engineer the toolkit before buying it. If you're abusive to our support inbox we reserve the right to decline to sell to you or to terminate your access.
We may update these terms as the business changes. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes affect future purchases. They don't retroactively change the terms of a purchase you've already made.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Unlocked Future is registered. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring the dispute somewhere else.
